Remove Facebook / Instagram / Threads data

You can delete the data Autmi holds for a connected Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Threads profile in any of these ways:

• In Autmi: open Dashboard → Social and click Deactivate on the account. Workspace owners can also delete the brand, which removes its accounts, posts, and comments.
• In Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, remove Autmi, and choose to delete data. We receive the request automatically, erase the stored Page tokens, and disconnect the accounts.
• In Threads: go to Settings → Account → Website permissions and remove Autmi. We receive the request automatically, erase the stored token, and disconnect the profile.
• By email: write to support@autmi.ai from the address on your account with the Page or workspace name. We complete requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Page, Instagram, and Threads access tokens, account links, and on request the comments and replies we stored for that account. Billing records we must keep by law are retained only as required.
