Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is free forever, with no card and no trial timer. Upgrade only when you want more brands, posts or auto-replies.
Will the posts actually sound like my brand?
Autmi reads your website, products and examples to build a brand profile that you confirm. Every post follows your voice and your do's and don'ts, and you can edit anything before it goes out.
Does anything get posted without my approval?
Posts publish only after you approve them. Auto-replies (Pro and Agency) are sent only when Autmi is confident in the answer; anything uncertain waits in your inbox for you.
Which channels does Autmi support?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Threads, Google Business Profile. Connect the accounts you use; you can add more later.
What is a credit?
Credits pay for AI work. Writing a post costs 1 credit, an image 5, and a video render 10. Every plan gets a fresh monthly allowance, and you can top up any time.
Is my data safe?
Your workspace is private to your team. Data travels over HTTPS, social account tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and you can disconnect accounts or request deletion at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel yourself from Billing, with no calls and no lock-in. Prices are in INR and exclude GST.
I run an agency. Can I use it for clients?
